CO Services (BVI) Ltd.

Unlock the full potential of your business needs in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), with our premier registered agent services.

What is a registered agent?

All companies and partnerships that are incorporated or registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI Entities) must have a registered agent. The role of a registered agent is to: (a) ensure the BVI Entity complies with its legal requirements and filing obligations; (b) provide a registered office in the BVI; and (c) liaise with the BVI Registry of Corporate Affairs on behalf of the BVI Entity. Choosing the right registered agent is important – they should take care of your BVI Entity's legal and administrative needs, so you can focus on your business operations.

Why CO Services?

We take time to truly understand our clients' businesses and needs, and tailor our services accordingly. This personalised service is provided by our experienced team, which has an in-depth knowledge of BVI law. We keep abreast of all developments and changes in BVI law, to ensure our clients remain compliant with BVI law and aware of their current (and future) obligations. Although our registered agent services are provided with the support of sophisticated IT systems, you will always be able to speak directly to one of our team members if you have any questions. You will not receive automated responses.

As our team at CO Services takes care of your BVI Entity's administrative needs, our affiliate law firm (Carey Olsen) and its 300+ lawyers can take care of your BVI Entity's legal needs.

Our Services

We offer a wide range of services, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. These include:

  • incorporating companies and forming partnerships
  • paying annual BVI Registry fees
  • maintaining the BVI Entity's registers of directors, shareholders and beneficial owners
  • filing annual economic substance declarations
  • collecting annual returns
  • maintaining the BVI Entity's minute book (and helping prepare minutes and resolutions)

  • voluntary liquidations.
